The value for money was great, considering the spacious apartment with amazing Thames views. The location was very convenient, with subway and bus stations just across the street. The staff was easily reachable and accommodating, offering us a late check-out.

The apartment had a nice view and it was conveniently located near the subway and bus stations. It was also spacious and had two bedrooms and bathrooms, which was great for our xmas trip.

There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the bed linen smelled of sweat. We even had to clean the apartment ourselves upon arrival.

The hotel's interior decoration is charming and elegant, with beautiful vintage touches that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and had a cozy atmosphere. Accessibility for senior people was excellent, with convenient ramps and elevators provided.

Better vacation for senior people would be enhanced with handrails in the bathrooms.
